It's ironic that, when I'm trying to fight hate, the bots delete my playlists and strike me as if I was spreading hate simply because of the name of a playlist. I wish that social media would not censor people, and let discourse work itself out. I really wish that the old wild-west, pre-2008 YouTube would come back.

I've got a community guidelines strike right now, which has caused me to put a lot of my YouTube content either into private or unlisted. I will come out with a video tomorrow talking about this.

The space antiwar Quorum proposal

For months, I've really wanted to create a dedicated antiwar space on Quora, especially with the left-wing domination of antiwar rhetoric and the lack of any right-wing and libertarian antiwar voice, and a space where Israel can be given a strong criticism instead of focusing on Palestine or some mild criticism from Noam Chomsky. 
Specifically, I wanted a space to share content from this list of antiwar sites.

There is really no right-wing or even centrist or non-partisan anti-war space on Quora. There are three libertarian spaces, Liberty at Large, Libertarian Writers' Blog and Liberty's Largess, but none are dedicated antiwar spaces, and on the 1st one, I was told to refrain from talking about Israel (I guess they did not want to talk about Israel and can not take the heat from the topic). I was also bogged down with school work and was in no mood to moderate a space until now, where I have more free time.


I have thought about applying and creating my own space.

However, I am concerned that because my political views are to the right of the typical silicon valley millennial (even though I am not far right or even a conservative), and because of information I show relating to Israel and how harsh I am in criticizing the Israeli State's actions, even though it was never about hating Jewish people as a hole or even painting Israelis as being irredeemably evil (I do not believe that most Israelis are irredeemably evil people, and I believe that most Jewish people in this world are not in some conspiracy to take over the world).

If Quora moderation looks at my profile, Kriss Ite, there is a risk of it being deleted, and me being banned from the site, 214 answers deleted, all of my posts deleted, and me being cut off from 55 followers and easily forgotten by everyone.

When I was being censored, no one, and I mean no one, stood up for me. I'm a nobody on the site.

2019 was a bad year on social media. Google+ was shut down, Ryan Dawson faced censorship multiple times to the point where he put his videos into private in order to avoid getting banned, and Quora discontinued blogs and replaced them with spaces that you have to apply to get, which is essentially asking permission. The last case reminded me of the title of the novel "I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream".

I'm planning on having someone else do the application, and then inviting me to become an admin.

The future going forward, and choosing my battles

I will soon get a real job, in part so I get to take part in my school's "Work-based learning" program and spend my time and energy doing something productive instead of pissing it away at some institution I never consented my time or energy to. 
I'll probably take a semi-brake from politics for school and work.

And at the same time, I have to deal with my mother (an Asian mom), who insists on me going to college, and my boomer dad who wants me to do the same.

On Quora, if the topic of Israel is too off-limits, I'll go into war and foreign policy, then economics, then right to self-defense/ keep and bear arms and armor and general libertarianism.

I also need to stop looking at the content put out by, and trying to argue with, Marxists. When I respond to them, I want to do it right. But, I often don't. And since I don't, I can only worry about it.

We need to talk: Adressing the myth of Jewish nepotism & the Zionist Occupation Government conspiracy theory

The majority of Jews in the world do not have any real power. That is just the obvious fact of the matter. Just like how men commit most violent crimes, but men who commit violent crimes are still only represent a small percentage of men.

But, is there a minority within a minority that is extremely powerful? Let's see (I doubt that the majority of Jews in the world are even really aware of this or think about it).

I think that expulsion or killing is a disproportionately harsh punishment for nepotism alone. I think boycotting unethical businesses & media is good enough.
To go along with that, don't boycott a business just because some high-ranking individual in in is Jewish. You should check out rather or not it is honest & ethical anyway. Just because some business has one or more Jewish individuals in it doesn't automatically mean that that business is dishonest or otherwise unethical. We shouldn't generalize anyway.
