Please don't be a Yoda! Try to bring real change, & we CAN bring real change! And was releasing the internet to the general public the biggest mistake the powers that be made?

Now, what do I mean in a "Yoda"? A good person who has given up fighting evil and/or bringing good without becoming evil, often becuase of difficulty of informing others.

This is a reference to what Yoda, from Star Wars, did after the events of "Revenge of the Sith", in which he exiled himself to Dagobah and watched as the Galactic Empire took over the galaxy (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Yoda#Age_of_the_Empire).
I made this post for the all of the people who gave up or are thinking about giving up becuase of they feel that they can't bring enough real change. This was especially inspired after visiting an uncle of mine recently, who listens to a bunch of truth people (especially the Infowars team). He used to try to teach people the truth like I am now, but, has given up, all becuase too many people didn't want to accept the truth. Which is why I'm making this article.

For those of you this article is intended for, I understand how you feel. For me, I myself feel a lack of power and influence over current and world events, and sometimes didn't put as much effort into spreading information as I should.

But, no matter what, don't be discouraged. All movements began with a few people, or even a single induvidual, and that movement moves forward becuase of individuals doing what they can.

For example, let's say that, while facing discrimination, Martin Luther King and people like him felt so powerless that they didn't bother protesting what they believed was wrong. Or, when they protested what they believed was wrong, too many other people didn't bother helping them and thus, the civil rights movement failed to bring change. How would America be like today?

Remember great historical figures such as Ghandi? What if he was so intimidated by the British government & social standards that he got little to no progress done? Chances are, the British would rule over India, Pakistan & Bangladesh to this day at worst, or would hold on longer at best.

What if Malala Yousafzai shut up when the Taliban attacked her, & what would've happened to education opportunities for females?

What if the troops fighting the Axis during World War 2 were too scared to fight? And the Axis got access to highly advanced technology, such as atomic weapons? Chances are, planet Earth would be a very different place.

This is what happens when too few people do what they could to try to bring change. Like StormCloudsGathering said on Charlie Hebdo - The Hidden Agenda Exposed, "If everyone did what they could, it would be enough".

I know that everyone has their fears, and fear has kept us & our ancestors, & probably will keep our descendents alive. But, we should not be paralyzed or affected by it so badly that we can't do what is necessary. It is exactly why I want people to watch the video before reading for several reasons. The reasons are that, not only are many Americans aren't up to speed on this (especially those who identify themselves as "liberal" or "progressive", not that I intend to attack all of them), but also, perhaps by human nature & probably made worse by our culture, many are too lazy or even scared to use unorthodox tactics, even when THEIR lives & the lives of loved ones would directly depend on it.

"The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it." - Albert Einstein.

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." - Edmund Burke.
"Anyone who thinks that they are too small to make a difference has never tried to fall asleep with a mosquito in the room." - Christine Todd Whitman.

(You can find these quotes on Brainyquotes & Goodreads.)

I definitely do NOT want "Wolves", which are those who prey on others. I don't really want sheep, the average who don't do much good. I want more than porcupines, those who will defend themselves & maybe a few others but will only defend others under rather strict condition.

What I want, & believe we need, are sheepdogs, those who will protect others, & willing to put themselves at risk if necessary.

I recommend watching the 2 videos below, and it is not required to watch the playlists.

(Also be sure to watch the video after the one below.)

If you want to bring real change, then look at the playlist of the video above and watch the 1st 14 videos.

If you're still not motivated, go here: https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=motivational+video&FORM=HDRSC3 .

Not sure what much else to say.

By the way, I believe that perhaps the biggest mistake the powers that be has made so far was releasing the internet to the general public. That is becuase the internet made the truth movement very strong. No more relying on big TV stations, newspapers, news agencies, radio stations or things like that. Now, average people can go online and get involved in the movement without so many of the hurdles of the past.

To give you an idea how effective this is, start by taking a look at the "A few truth & alternate media sites to look at & support list of fame" link list to the right of this blog. Compare the information offered by the sites (and YouTube channels) on that list (plus this blog)

Hopefully, the powers that be won't try to go back in time and prevent the internet from being released to the general public (hopefully I'm not giving them ideas), or worse (and more realistically), implement an operational "Internet Kill Switch".
